The following is an English translation on the side of a tea can from a very famous cafe in Paris. I found it very amusing.
THE FIVE RULES OF THE TEA PREPARATION:
1. Warm up the teapot with boiling water and throw it.
2. Put in the teapot a spoonfull of tea per person.
3. Warm up the water. As soon as it "shudders," pour it on tea without waiting for.
4. Let tea brew around 3 to 5 mn.
5. Stir the tea with the spoon and serve it.

hahaha! That's funny! I'll volunteer to fly over and help better educate our tea-loving-but-not-so-English-speaking friends a hand! ...I wonder if MLT will pay for a "business trip"...
