Yep, that's what it means! And the email gives full explanation of how to use it. I should clarify this for you, since I know that YOU will use it.
If they say "Saha!" first, you must reply "Yateek saha!"
But if they say "Yateek saha" first, you can just say thank you. In this case, it means "good job."
