Look for more of what God is doing in my life in posts to come than what's happening in France. I've gotten busy enough with work (good thing!) that I'm not getting to play as much as I did all summer long. I'm actually really glad about that. Since my job is fun, I like when I actually get to do it! :)
I'll leave you with the thought that has been resting in my soul for the past two weeks and causes my eyes to fill with tears of joy and gratitude every single time I think it: We are new creations in Christ. The old has gone, the new has come! God looks at me and sees: sanctified, redeemed, made whole, loved. PRAISE GOD.

wow! what a cool idea...
and I seem to have missed most (if not all) of it. How did it go?
It went well. I did light the candle daily (and still am). I got in that habit back in February. :) I didn't always remember to pray for peace in my home when I saw the candle, but oh well.
The rest of the challenge got away from me with it being such a busy, busy month, and well...it was mostly for married women with kids and I'm not either one of those things, so... for example: one week was to have a game night fun time with the family. Um...I have those every week when I invite others over, so again--just not much of a challenge.
But I like the candles!
