One difference between black and white

I bought meat today, and decided since I was at the "good meat" store to buy a bunch and freeze most of it. When I returned home, I noticed that one package was white and one was black. Upon further inspection, I realized I'd bought one package of beef, and one package of lamb. Blast! My friend who I was cooking lunch for told me she loves lamb, and to go ahead and use it while she was here and eating with me. I've never cooked lamb, but here goes...

So um, it being so late in the day, I was lazy and made Hamburger Helper. Except it was LAMBURGER HELPER. Hardee har har.
